My Story
Ever since a child, I have been into adventure—starting with being born on the way to my father’s next duty station. Growing up a military brat kept me on the move…and I have always wanted to inspire people and make a difference in their lives. The influence of my mother’s desire to help others and my father’s servant heart and strong leadership tendencies made me a natural fit in the executive education arena. My teaching skills have blossomed me in the pilates and yoga world, and when not exercising or drinking my Starbucks, I am usually cooking, reading, connecting with her friends, and traveling.
